“The machine was well-built and easy to put together. I loaded a lot of weight on it and did not feel like it was going to fail. When my other equipment fails, I am getting Titan equipment for everything.”
“I would have loved to tried out the wall mounted pulley tower but unfortunately my pulley system was damaged during shipping. Titan definitely needs to upgrade the packaging. When I got the machine the box was torn and falling apart. Then when I found out I had damaged parts customer service took forever only to tell me the parts are out of stock and have no date of when they will be back in. Poor customer service and poor packaging. Still waiting for customer service to get back to me about what they are going to do.”

“After waiting a month and a half on backorder, the product came packaged poorly, dented and bent. Worse yet, one of the holes was drilled off-center and the bolt wouldn't fit. I went to the hardware store, spent some money, and figured out how to make it work. Now it functions as it should. When I sent customer service a message about it, I received a shallow "sorry" and that was it. If it had come in new condition, instead of damaged, then this would be 5/5 stars. Great value. But, as it is, you should assume you are purchasing a scratch-and-dent product at best and decide if that's worth the price to you understanding that customer service isn't going to do much for you.”
