Adds another element to training and it is great for my younger boys to add a additional element to there training as well. With them being young I don't like them lifting unsupervised besides there standard body weight exercises. This allows them a method even when they sneak a work out with out me

Has been a great accessory to our Rogue Racks. The alignment of holes is slightly off, as expected, but with some small bolts we were able to secure it to the rack. Has been a great, high value addition to the gym.

So I got my rack in 2016 and while the arms fit, there are too few holes to make it very versatile. In the product pictures the guy is using them for deadlifts but my rack doesn’t have many cross holes near the bottom and the few it does have are blocked by the bottom cross bars of the rack and thus can’t be used for the lever arms. So I’ll have to get someone to drill more holes if I want to use them in the ways I was wanting to. Kinda disappointed.

Awesome addition to the home gym. Theses things are versatile for sure. They are heavy and solid I would highly recommend them. They take the place of several machines and don’t take up much space at all.

So it does provide a different approach to inclines, rows or overhead presses but it's difficult to set the bench up in the correct position, depending on the bench you have. If doing inclines, which I mainly bought these levers for, the bench is too close to the resting position of the arms and trying to get heavy weights into position to press is quite a challenge and a bit painful. it does work though and if you have a bench without long back leg(s) then this should allow you to position it far enough back to have a starting position just in front of your chest and not behind. I have terrible shoulders so I found that It works well for overhead presses, alternating overhead presses, 1 arm rows, etc. by providing stability and allowing me to have a far better range of motion and time under tension without using ridiculously light weights.
