Installation is effortless: simply slide the pin-on style bracket into your upright and lock it in with the accessory pin included. Push your upper body by adding weight to your shoulder presses, upright rows, and rotational pushes while saving space and keeping your workout rack centered. When you are ready to focus on your lower body, simply adjust the brackets lower on your power rack and add weight to your squats and deadlifts. “This is exactly what I expected. It is perfect for what I needed. It is a little heavy and awkward so if you don't like making adjustments during your workout this isn't for you. Note: One of the lever arms did not hang straight out of the box. It took some time but after some measuring, frustration and luck I fixed it. I removed the pre-assembled hinge bolt from the lever arm and rotated the arm 180 degrees in the socket and re-attached. I don't know why, but now it hangs perfectly straight on the rack.”

“I have had them for two weeks now. ill be honest, I havent even used them with weights. I have been just warming up my shoulders with them before boxing, but I love how versatile they are and the possibilities!!! I got mine as a scratch and dent deal!!!”

“I use my lever arms daily. Indispensable piece of equipment. The lever arms have to small "problems" if you can call them that, both having to deal with moving them around the cage. I pretty regularly pinch my fingers between the lever arm and bracket when removing them from the cage, and the powdercoat is coming off of the interior peg after less than a month of usage from being banged around inside the cage. All-in-all, buy these.”

“These are great great great. With creativity you can get a full body workout with these. I am using mine with a wall mounted T-3 short rack. Works great so far. Absolutely no complaints”

“They work and perform as they should. The only thing I would say is there was a slight wobble which a washer corrected. Other than that, great arms for the price.”
