“I really enjoy these lever arms. As a woman, I need the equipment to be easy to put together and easy to manipulate. These are were fairly simple to put together, but maneuvering these arms are a bit tricky. While I can handle them, they are a bit awkward. Aside from that i still love the equipment and see versatility i can get from the lever arms!”

“Too heavy and awkward. Smashed my finger while adjusting the height. Other companies have adjustable handles while these are fixed. What would make this safe, and more effective is if they had a trolley system like other brands. Without the Trolley system, they are huge, heavy, and not worth the money. I am 6'1" 225 and these arms are not easy to move around. Do your research about lever arms before you purchase.”

“I bought the lever arms to help develop my offensive linemen. I can adjust them to various levels and use them to strike as they would in a game. Nice addition to my training methods.”
