“I really love these just wish they were easier to adjust up and down have tried a lot of different exercises with them it’s all up to your imagination what to do with them. I use chains to hold them in place.”

“I bought these to use as a alternative to a belt squat and they work great! From what I’ve seen they are also very versatile however i just use one arm for a belt squat and its worth it just for that”
