Target every major muscle group with this versatile functional trainer. This machine mimics real-life movements, engaging multiple muscle groups for full-body strength training - and comes with a multi-grip pull-up bar, lat bar, dual stirrups, and a low row station. Fiberglass-reinforced pulleys provide fluid pulls for a full range of motion and let you customize your workouts for both strength and endurance. The 1:1 ratio maximizes the weight load to build strength during resistance-focused exercises, while the 1:2 ratio offers a lighter feel for more controlled movements to reduce joint strain during high-rep exercises.
Constructed with rugged steel and a wide base, this cable machine stays rock-solid through even your toughest workouts and features dual Olympic weight sleeves that hold up to 660 LB, allowing you to increase resistance and continually challenge yourself as you get stronger.
This compact machine is ideal for anyone needing a full range of exercises in a limited space - and includes all the essential attachments for a versatile routine, including a tricep rope, ankle strap, d-handle straps, lat bar handle, and low-row handle.

We purchased the functional trainer to add to our garage gym. It took a few hours to put together, but not super complicated. It has so many functions and exercise options, it really is multi-functional. The biggest issue we have is that it takes a bit to get used to how the cables pull. It a little jerkier and harder to pull the cables than the ones we have used in gyms. Overall, it is a good piece of equipment, but definitely operates a little tougher than commercial trainers.

Our plate loaded pulley system is outstanding quality. This kind of quality makes us want to work out at home and skip the trip to the gym.

It’s well made but the assembly is intense. Happy with everything about it except that I have to use a short stool to do lat pulldowns due to its height and my own 6’1 frame not allowing full extension from a normal bench.

Took about 3-4 hours to assemble alone, with distractions. Helps to be mechanically minded. Lots of nylocks, so assembly really needs a ratchet and combo wrench. I was very skeptical of the quality, because I wanted to have a more expensive model from a competitor. However, having used it for a week, I am very happy with it and there have been no red flags. The cables aren’t going to be as smooth as a $3000 unit, and yes it takes time to move plates to load the weight. But this thing is rock solid, has a myriad of different exercises you can do with the 4 connection points, the rope and bars it comes with are perfectly find to start with, and the assembly was easy minus the cable maps (these could use major improvement in graphics in the manual or perhaps a good video from Titan to show the cable routing). Nothing rocks or creaks or bows, and I have 10+ years of commercial gym lifting 5 days a week to compare this equipment to. With this unit, a power rack, bench/barbell/plates, and adjustable dumbbells, you really could get extremely good results in a home gym. I’m very happy with it. If a cable or pulley does go bad, it would take maybe 15-20 min to replace it, so I’m not even concerned about that.

Setup took longer than I expected, but it’s a complex machine so no big deal. Love the functionality and variety of lifts you can do on this, it’s taking my home gym to the next level.

We just finished upgraded all our old equipment to Titan with the T3 and plate loaded functional trainer. The quality and feel of durability in comparison....let's just say there is no comparison. Titan is pro level, and we love it.

This item is extremely well built. The only reason for the 4/5 is due to the instructions being electronic and not hardcopy. Using electronic instructions made it difficult to route the cables and ensure proper set up. Once built and tested, it works like a dream!
