Target every major muscle group with this versatile functional trainer. This machine mimics real-life movements, engaging multiple muscle groups for full-body strength training - and comes with a multi-grip pull-up bar, lat bar, dual stirrups, and a low row station. Fiberglass-reinforced pulleys provide fluid pulls for a full range of motion and let you customize your workouts for both strength and endurance. The 1:1 ratio maximizes the weight load to build strength during resistance-focused exercises, while the 1:2 ratio offers a lighter feel for more controlled movements to reduce joint strain during high-rep exercises.
Constructed with rugged steel and a wide base, this cable machine stays rock-solid through even your toughest workouts and features dual Olympic weight sleeves that hold up to 660 LB, allowing you to increase resistance and continually challenge yourself as you get stronger.
This compact machine is ideal for anyone needing a full range of exercises in a limited space - and includes all the essential attachments for a versatile routine, including a tricep rope, ankle strap, d-handle straps, lat bar handle, and low-row handle.

I love lifting with this machine. Great quality. Can definitely break the plateau and keep workouts feeling fresh / less monotonous. Assembly was long but not hard with a ratchet set. For the money you can’t do better. The only thing I would caution someone is the space. A functional trainer that comes with weightblocks would be a foot less in depth (which may matter if you have a small space like a garage gym) - that said non-plated functional trainers are more expensive and also may not come with lat pull down. If I were titan I would also build custom attachments for the front of this that could hold a barbell- so you could use this for benching and squats too.

Great quality, built very well. Enjoy it. The assembly instructions are terrible, it is sad to spend this much money and get instructions that are not acceptable. I found a video on youtube for cable routing which saved me. Best of luck!

Very happy with my purchase. Amazing price and a quality product. Saved about $2,000 over the competition. Arrived quickly, no issues or damage but putting it together is very challenging. 2 guys 3 hours. All accessories were included. 2 single handles, pull down bar, curl bar, rope handle, ankle cuff. I’d buy this product again.

This is a good, solid machine that looks very durable, although we've only had it operational for a few weeks. It will require a little more room in your gym than the dimensions suggest, especially considering the size of the weight plates you will use and space needed to easily swap out plates. The instructions are pretty good but leave out some details...especially when installing the pulleys. I suggest installing all of them so you know where they go...but do not tighten the nuts. As you're stringing up the cable, the routing will make more sense because the pulleys are laid out on the machine. You will need to remove each pulley one-by-one as you route the cables through, but having them "in their place" during this process makes the job easier. The hardware packet, incredibly, had exactly the correct amount of hardware. It was all pretty clear. Give yourself several hours.

I have owned the functional trainer a little over a month, and wanted to put it to use before giving my review. Set up was not that difficult, I spent 2 days putting it together, one setting up the frame and the second adding the cables. So far it has exceeded my expectations, the pulleys and cables operate smoothly, you can use the adjustable front cables independently. I was surprised at how close the true weight or load is as compared to free weights. My fear was that because of the number of pulleys involved 50 lbs would feel more like 5lbs which is not the case. I use free weight the majority of the time, and use the trainer for lateral raises, pulldowns, rows and flys. I also have a cage system with a two pulley setup that hasn't been used since my purchase. Therefore after using the trainer if I had to buy again I deffently would. Not disappointed a bit

Very nice. Not near as hard to setup as I thought but does take quite a while. Especially if doing it alone. Took me 5-6 hours. But love the machine love using it.
