I sold a similar but larger machine I had and it was the best decision I made. Took awhile to build (do yourself a favor a print up the instructions instead of doing it on your phone) but it’s been worth it. Very smooth doing everything on it, from flys to pull downs to rows and even some cable curls (for the girls). Loved it, I recommended it to one of my friends who is looking to build their own home gym

I just got this yesterday and have only done 2 workout sessions on it. It is really impressive for the price. The pulleys are very smooth and operate as expected. It took me around 3.5 hrs to put together by myself. If you don’t mind loading plates and don’t want to spend the money for the selectionalizer, this is the way to go. It it’s pretty solid. I have a little lean to it but I have to be tugging on it pretty good to get it to move. It does have anchor points to attach to floor. I have not anchored it so that sway could go away. I’m super excited to add this to my basement gym. Came via FedEx and had no issues with quality.

This machine really exceeded my expectations. It was a real challenge to get the pulley system together but it was worth it. My wife even loved it that made it even that much better. Definitely worth every penny. Make sure you lube the bars up good and u will be very happy with the results

With COVID19, I pretty much decided I won't go back to the large crowded gym. I have a nice bench, and plates, but I needed a pull down and row. Basically, I didn't have anything for pulling. To my pleasant surprise, this arrived with ALL the pieces, and the directions were clear. I worked on it off and on during a Sunday and finished in a day. Its well made and doesn't rock. It seems smooth. I can't wait to load up more weight. Terrific.

Great product. Works exactly as intended. Everything is very smooth and sturdy. I did underestimate the amount of space it was going to take up, but they clearly have the dimensions available. About eight hours to assemble.
