This all-in-one functional trainer has dual 200 LB weight stacks in 10 LB increments for quick, progressive weight changes. With a 2:1 ratio and commercial-grade cables, it delivers smooth, controlled motion to maximize muscle activation and drive faster results.
Adjust the pulleys across 20 vertical height positions to change the angle of resistance and isolate muscles more effectively. This also allows for more core, stabilizer, and secondary muscle engagement with every rep—while numbered positions make for quick transitions.
This functional trainer comes with a rope handle, single D and double D handles, long bar and short bar handles, and dual short strap handles—plus integrated pull-up handles for even more variety.
Built from heavy-duty steel with a wide base for stability, this functional trainer stands 82" tall with a base footprint of 64" W x 44" D. (PLEASE NOTE: Requires two people for assembly.)

“This piece is the highlight of my home gym.item arrived in a sealed crate. Very important to be home for delivery and have it put somewhere convenient and safe to unload. Item is very heave so a friend is great to have on delivery day. Item was not hard to put together at all. Instructions were very vague. We watched a couple YouTube videos to put together and it made everything very straight forward. Very good quality”

“Have had this for about 3 weeks now and we love it. This is a great piece of equipment and set up was easy. When you go to put the feet on at the end it’s going to look like you’re short 8 washers but everything is there. The bolts, washers, and nuts are already down where the feet go. I fell for it too. Everything operates smoothly and as expected. For the price this is perfect for a home gym. Wish I would have gotten it sooner”

“I have had my functional training for 3 months now, very happy with the workouts I get. The machine is very smooth and easy to use. With this machine and my dumbbells added in gives me a great workout. The machine is so easy and fun to use my wife who is a runner is using it for her legs and AB’s. She has also started to do upper body workouts. We both are very happy with our purchase. Highly recommended.”

“This piece of equipment is really solid. For the price point, the quality is great. As I had imagined with all the handles, ropes, bars provided I can perform endless weight exercises with this rig. I am still happy to just see it every day when I go to work out still!”

“This machine is AMAZING! It’s a must have if you have a Home gym or if you own a gym. I use it for my home gym. It was Super simple to build. From the red and black colors to the quality and functionality of the machine. It is TOP NOTCH! If you’re looking for a machine like this. STOP because you’ve found it. This is definitely my #1 purchase in fitness equipment. Im constantly using it. Even if I’m just passing by it, I do a set of something. It’s super simple to use extremely versatile for any body part that you may want to hit. I can keep going and going. “You can do multiple upper body workouts if you get a bench you can flat bench ,inclines ,declines fly's with our without a bench you can work on your shoulders,back, triceps, biceps you can even do squats all you have to do is move the cable position up or down my grandson really like this machine plus it was easy to put together plus it fit in my weight room with a couple of inches to spare”
