This all-in-one functional trainer has dual 200 LB weight stacks in 10 LB increments for quick, progressive weight changes. With a 2:1 ratio and commercial-grade cables, it delivers smooth, controlled motion to maximize muscle activation and drive faster results.
Adjust the pulleys across 20 vertical height positions to change the angle of resistance and isolate muscles more effectively. This also allows for more core, stabilizer, and secondary muscle engagement with every rep—while numbered positions make for quick transitions.
This functional trainer comes with a rope handle, single D and double D handles, long bar and short bar handles, and dual short strap handles—plus integrated pull-up handles for even more variety.
Built from heavy-duty steel with a wide base for stability, this functional trainer stands 82" tall with a base footprint of 64" W x 44" D. (PLEASE NOTE: Requires two people for assembly.)

“You can do multiple upper body workouts if you get a bench you can flat bench ,inclines ,declines fly's with our without a bench you can work on your shoulders,back, triceps, biceps you can even do squats all you have to do is move the cable position up or down my grandson really like this machine plus it was easy to put together plus it fit in my weight room with a couple of inches to spare”

“Good piece of equipment, simple enough to assemble, less than 1 hr with 2 people. Digital assembly instructions are kind of hokey. The screws are labeled one way, then identified one way in the instructions, and another way in the assembly diagram. Kind of confusing, common sense helped here.”

“The Titan Cable Machine is delivered in a very well-packaged wooden box, you won't have to worry about anything being delivered damaged or broken! It would be nice if the assembly instructions were provided in the box; however, accessing them online isn't a major inconvenience either if you print them off ahead of time. The instructions are a little strange in that it tells you how many washers, nuts, bolts, etc are in the packaging ... except several of the parts are already installed for you with the pulleys on the framework of the machine! So don't be alarmed that you don't have enough of the parts, you do! Assembly goes fairly quick and definitely have two people!”

“This is a great machine to add to your home gym. Although the crate it comes in is heavy, the individual pieces are not too bad. The weight plate boxes are the heaviest items. As others have said, the instructions could definitely be better but overall it was pretty easy to put together. We have used it for a couple weeks now and have no complaints!”

“THIS IS IT!! If you've been looking for a functional trainer made with great quality, sturdy and priced well, look no more. I've patiently waited and researched many over the years and now that I have the space decided on this one. It was shipped quickly, packaged well and assembled fairly easily. My husband and I put this together on a Friday morning. An extra set of hands is definitely the way to go. The assembly manual is online only and can be downloaded. NOTE: The manual lacks any information on hooking up and adjusting the pulley system. My husband figured it out on his own. Also, they include a pouch with stickers from the weight plates (which they don't tell you when to put on) and there is a spray oil included but no explanation of when/where to use. I'M VERY HAPPY WITH THIS PURCHASE. Excited to have and use this solid piece of equipment as part of my home gym and IT LOOKS SHARP too!”
