I forgot to add the discount when I ordered and they didn't make it right when I sent an email explaining. I should've got another $300 off the total price but they wouldn't do it. Looks great and works great! Still learning exercises and how to execute certain ones.

The instructions for the assembly were generally good with the exception of the footings installation on the ground connected to the bottom of the frame on both sides. Firstly, my unit arrived with one of the four nut/bolt pieces missing while the other 3 were attached at the bottom of the frame (2 on one side and only 1 on the other). I found the missing one at the bottom of the crate. Then the instructions were not clear how to install those footings and i had to do multiple iterations and even now one of the bolts does not fit into the hole at the bottom mod the frame. For a company that prides itself on precision this was not a good result.

This thing is a tank! I have any Titan fitness products including the fan bike, power rack, lever arms and more but this thing takes the cake. Everything is so smooth and it took me 1.5 hours to build by myself. I would recommend this product to anyone looking for a functional trainer.

Beautifully packaged. Easy to follow instructions. Very good quality piece of equipment. Pulleys are smooth and function like gym quality from what I’ve seen so far. Definitely recommend.

First off, I'd like to commend Titan's customer service for honoring their Black Friday discount despite having placed my order shortly before their deals officially went live on their website. I emailed them after seeing their Black Friday deals went live later on Friday than most other companies--I'd assumed they weren't going to do a Black Friday event, being as it was Friday morning and they still hadn't advertised anything--but Titan's customer service team quickly reimbursed me for the advertised discount on my purchase. The delivery of the crate started this process off on the wrong foot, but that isn't Titan's fault as much as it is the delivery service. First off, my delivery was nearly three hours later than the time window I was told, and this almost caused me to miss a late afternoon work meeting. I live in a rural area of the Midwest, and the delivery guy started unloading the wood crate containing my machine in the middle of a busy, heavily trafficked rural blacktopped road that I live on. Yes, he was going to leave the huge box *on the actual road*, blocking my mailbox. Just as he was packing up his wheeled cart to leave, I ran down my driveway to tell him that he couldn't leave the crate on the road. He refused to move the crate because "the driveway is gravel, and I'm not strong enough to push this huge box into gravel." I took the cart from him and moved the crate off of the road myself just to ensure that nobody driving by at highway speeds smashed into a giant wood crate lying on the road. Sorry for a long-winded story that Titan has little to do with...just wish there was a way to ensure delivery issues like that didn't occur. Anyway, I unboxed everything at the very end of my driveway and then used my truck to haul everything back up to my house to begin assembly. The set-up of this functional trainer was fairly simple with just my wife and I; frankly, the most frustrating part of the process was disposing of the giant wooden crate and the seemingly hundreds of nails and staples that I had to pry out of it. Overall, this is a versatile and high-quality piece of equipment that has enhanced my home gym significantly. I initially had reservations about the fact that Titan only offers a 1-year warranty, whereas other companies that make functional trainers offer warranties much longer. That said, I've had this functional trainer for just about a month, and I've been impressed with its durability and versatility thus far. My one complaint is the stickers that go on the weight stacks...they are kind of junky, and I'd much rather see laser-etched numbers. For the first two weeks after setting this machine up, I'd go in the basement in the morning and about 50% of the stickers would have peeled off the weight plates and be laying all over the floor. I'd reattach them all, and then the next morning the other 50% would have peeled off the weight plates and fallen on the floor. This back and forth peeling of stickers happened for about two weeks before I finally busted out some super glue, and the problem cleared up immediately. The stickers issue a minor inconvenience in the grand scheme of things, and it's an annoyance more than a legitimate/major concern about the equipment. It will be interesting to see how the long-term durability of this machine unfolds. I'm confident that it's a solid piece of equipment, and I'd definitely recommend it to anyone in my situation (home gym with power rack, dumbbells, and plenty of non-cable tools to utilize looking to take their workouts to the next level). I chose a rating of 5 stars primarily because most of my criticisms are regarding either very small-scale things (stickers not sticking, a wood crate that was difficult to dispose of) or things that aren't directly attributable to Titan (delivery service issues). The cable stacks move incredibly smoothly, and I recommend using as much lubricant as you can to ensure that the pulleys all pull as smoothly as possible. Overall, I've been very happy with this purchase through the first month of use, and it's quickly helped take my workouts to a new level.
