This all-in-one functional trainer has dual 200 LB weight stacks in 10 LB increments for quick, progressive weight changes. With a 2:1 ratio and commercial-grade cables, it delivers smooth, controlled motion to maximize muscle activation and drive faster results.
Adjust the pulleys across 20 vertical height positions to change the angle of resistance and isolate muscles more effectively. This also allows for more core, stabilizer, and secondary muscle engagement with every rep—while numbered positions make for quick transitions.
This functional trainer comes with a rope handle, single D and double D handles, long bar and short bar handles, and dual short strap handles—plus integrated pull-up handles for even more variety.

“I have had this for roughly 2 weeks. The trainer was easy to set up although the instructions are not very good. The unit is very high quality. I have used a commercial life fitness trainer since getting this and the Titan trainer has smoother action and is every bit as sturdy. My single complaint is the weight indicators. Titan provides stickers to be applied on each stack. The stickers themselves are nice quality material but they do not stay stuck to the stacks. Every time I go for a workout there are three or four that have fallen off and I have to reapply them. At this price point Titan should provide weight stacks that have etched weight indicators.”

“This is a strong, sturdy, well built workout machine. I bought an adjustable workout bench for doing chest press, and with that, has everything I need for pull body workout.”

“Overall great quality machine, very smooth operation. Only con for us is the stickers on the weight stacks fall off pretty quickly. Other than that very happy with purchase.”

“Lets start with the most important part, the design flaws. 1. The numbers on the weight stacks are blocked by the metal cover. I assume the cover is there as a safety measure, but instead of making it straight, it curves in the middle. This makes it so the numbers in the middle of the stack are extremely difficult to read. On one side its manageable, but on the other side I literally have to walk over and look around the cover to see the numbers. If you intend on doing a lot of drop sets or rapid weight changes, you are going to want to only use the easy to read side or it gets old fast. 2. The pully height is on the short side. The machine is already short to fit in home gyms, but once you account for the size of the pully mechanism, and the handle you are using, the working area is even shorter. Im only 5'10 and when I do tricep pull downs from the highest position the stack almost bottoms out when I'm at the top of the motion. 3. Sliding the pully up and down is difficult in certain spots. Maybe mine is slightly warped or slightly out of spec, but there are a couple heights on each side that its a nightmare to adjust the height on. 4. One side does not pull as smooth as the other. Instead of a fluid motion, I can feel the cable stutter a little as I pull it. Not so bad if im doing 1 at a time but any time I use both its very noticeable. 5. No matter how tight the bolt is on the support feet, they can still move up and down. There have been a few times I've looked over and noticed they had moved and were no longer touching the ground. 6. The vertical bars the weight plates slide accross are lose. Every rep makes a small clanking sound from the bars moving around. Either a tighter fit or a rubber grommet would be nice. Now for shipping. The company that shipped it refused to bring it to my house because they didn't feel comfortable driving their trucks on my road. My father in law who lives in the last house used to drive 18 wheelers and he had no problem parking them at his house. Once they decided they couldn't ship it, they told me they would have to contact titan fitness to have them send another delivery company to pick it up. After about a week they told me they still were not getting a reply from titan. So, without any indication it was ever going to arrive, I had to borrow a truck, barrow a trailer, drive 30 minutes, and pay tolls to go pick it up myself. I've spent thousands of dollars with titan. I chose this machine over the competitors with better reviews because id had good experiences with them. But for how much this cost, the experience and the product didnt live up to what I expected. Other than what I've mentioned here, the machine is fine. I use it pretty much every day. Its just not at the level of quality I was expecting.”

“Excellent quality. Easy to setup with a second person. Been using for a few weeks now and no complaints. Good variety of attachments, wish a curling bar was included though. Wife and young son are able to use for their workouts. Only thing I have maxed the stack at was back rows, so you may need to get creative to increase the weight there. Highly recommended.”

“Love the equipment. Wish the attachments were different though. Wish it had lat bar instead the the straight bar. Wish I new you were gonna drop another $100 from the previous price drop cause I would have waited. That wasn't fair since I bought a lot from Titan. Send me a lat bar and all is forgiven lol”
