This all-in-one functional trainer has dual 200 LB weight stacks in 10 LB increments for quick, progressive weight changes. With a 2:1 ratio and commercial-grade cables, it delivers smooth, controlled motion to maximize muscle activation and drive faster results.
Adjust the pulleys across 20 vertical height positions to change the angle of resistance and isolate muscles more effectively. This also allows for more core, stabilizer, and secondary muscle engagement with every rep—while numbered positions make for quick transitions.
This functional trainer comes with a rope handle, single D and double D handles, long bar and short bar handles, and dual short strap handles—plus integrated pull-up handles for even more variety.
Built from heavy-duty steel with a wide base for stability, this functional trainer stands 82" tall with a base footprint of 64" W x 44" D. (PLEASE NOTE: Requires two people for assembly.)

“Received the crate on time and began the process of unpacking in the driveway and moving into my basement. Packaging was great, no damage to any of the individual pieces and was not missing anything. Was able to put together on my own in a few hours, certainly would go faster/easier with more hands. After a few weeks of use, I am in love with this thing. The quality you would expect to see at a globo-gym flavor of place. Highly recommend to anyone considering to add this to your home gym!”

“The functional trainer is a very solid, very useable piece of equipment. I have had my garage gym built for over 7 years and it is a great addition. My disappointment comes in the adhesive weight identifiers. As other reviewers have mentioned, they do not adhere to the weight plates. My new daily routine is picking them up off the floor and reattaching them. I know this doesn’t effect the function of the machine, but I take pride in the way my gym looks and having a $2k+ machine with stickers surrounding it in the morning is not what I was going after. Spend the money and have the weights marked at the factory by another means. Sooner or later these stickers will lose all adhesion and I’ll have to mark them in another way. Again, paid too much to have to deal with this.”

“I got this Functional trainer machine on a good sale. Worth every penny. The aluminum pulleys on it definitely make the BIG difference on it for a smoother pulled. The attachments that came on it are good. Definitely will need to add a straight bar for curls. Other then that it is a solid piece of equipment. The assembly part was very easy. Me and the wife had it done in 2 hours. Also, the only con I have with it is the sticker labels lbs/kgs that comes with the machine are not that great. They started to fall off the stack plates so I had to use gorilla double sided tape to stick better on the weight stack.”

“I have had this for roughly 2 weeks. The trainer was easy to set up although the instructions are not very good. The unit is very high quality. I have used a commercial life fitness trainer since getting this and the Titan trainer has smoother action and is every bit as sturdy. My single complaint is the weight indicators. Titan provides stickers to be applied on each stack. The stickers themselves are nice quality material but they do not stay stuck to the stacks. Every time I go for a workout there are three or four that have fallen off and I have to reapply them. At this price point Titan should provide weight stacks that have etched weight indicators.”
