This all-in-one functional trainer has dual 200 LB weight stacks in 10 LB increments for quick, progressive weight changes. With a 2:1 ratio and commercial-grade cables, it delivers smooth, controlled motion to maximize muscle activation and drive faster results.
Adjust the pulleys across 20 vertical height positions to change the angle of resistance and isolate muscles more effectively. This also allows for more core, stabilizer, and secondary muscle engagement with every rep—while numbered positions make for quick transitions.
This functional trainer comes with a rope handle, single D and double D handles, long bar and short bar handles, and dual short strap handles—plus integrated pull-up handles for even more variety.
Built from heavy-duty steel with a wide base for stability, this functional trainer stands 82" tall with a base footprint of 64" W x 44" D. (PLEASE NOTE: Requires two people for assembly.)

“It was easy to put together. It comes in one crate, and have at least 2 people in order for the machine to be put together. Have a big socket wrench for easier assembly. A small tool is included, but I wouldn't rely on it. Mind when you install the weight stacks. Make sure you get the correct quantity when you stack the first side, because you don't want to have to go back and do it again if you stacked less than or greater than. Also, mind the top piece that goes inside the stacks, (Male Part) and unscrew to adjust so the cable can be connected in the proper notch above in order for the top wieght to be touching the 20lb weight with no gap. If not, the pin won't have anything to catch when you poke the pin catch into the bottom 200lb weight. Again, this comes down to adjusting the top male piece just so, for the pin to catch in any of the weight stacks below. This is normal for any of these kind of machines. It's top quality and is super smooth. Oil is included, so some time down the road, you will probably have to add a little drop of oil to the cables, but I haven't after a month of using it, and it's super smooth and I can tell it will last for years.”

“Great machine! Was using a cable crossover machine. Only upper and lower pulleys. Plate loaded. I use this Titan functional training machine for +/- 75% of my training exercises. Pulleys work very smoothly. I would strongly recommend this machine.”

“About a week after I ordered the trainer it was in my driveway, very happy with how fast it came. The machine was packaged very well with no damage! It has been about a month since I received the trainer and it has been awesome, very smooth and attachments are great quality. I was able to put it together on my own ( wouldn’t recommend lol) with directions from youtube! I will be ordering more from Titan thanks again!”

“Amazing piece of equipment and allows for so many new variations for my workouts. We recently had our first child this past summer and getting to the gym has been a nightmare ever since. Made the decision to get this functional trainer to allow a more dynamic workout at home, and it has turned out to be a great decision! Assembly was not too bad with two people, but I also would recommend using a ratchet set instead of the small tool they give you. The weight shields aren’t on yet in my picture, but couldn’t help but snap a picture beforehand. Titan has a winner on their hands with this one!”
