“I bought the seated dip machine because my new coach wants me doing these and the machine has great reviews. It was extremely easy to assemble and came well packaged for the most part. As usual, the ends of the stand protruded through the cardboard box but, thankfully, were not damaged. It is a solid piece of equipment. I like the adjustable seat height but, as a smaller person, (I’m 5’7) I find the outward angle of the levers to be a bit too much. That said, I am holding the bar well below the grips to avoid a weird wrist position and so that my elbows don’t flare outward. I wish it had an adjustable 180 degree handle for a narrower more comfortable fit. I’ve found a way to make it work for me but I think it could use some improvement in the fit for smaller lifters.”

“I love my new dip machine. It feels great while using it. I can really feel it hitting my tri's and chest for sure! First workout I used only that machine for multiple sets and reps to see how I would feel later. It really worked my chest, tri's and delts. Extremely happy with my purchase!!”

“I use a stack loaded dip macine at the gym two or three days a week but wanted a home machine that I could get to in a minute for a daily warm up or full work out. This plate loaded machine fit perfectly at home and also eanabled my 15 yr old son to work out in the evening.”
