This plate-loaded seated dip machine has a seated design to stabilize your body and shoulders and better isolate your triceps. This results in bigger gains in less time compared to traditional full-body dips. The adjustable seat and backrest make it easy to customize your position for comfort and proper form. Add up to 200 LB of Olympic weight plates to the dual 11" weight sleeves to increase resistance and achieve progressive muscle growth. This seated tricep dip machine is built with durable steel and features comfortable hand grips to guide your movements and ensure proper form for more efficient workouts and less shoulder strain. Plus, this model doubles as a bicep curl station with an eyelet for attaching a curl bar and comes with a chain, carabiners, and curl bar included.

Machine is smooth and well built. Handles may be wide for smaller people but it is one size fits all. Will need to be bolted down for any exercise other than dips.

This machine does a great job of targeting the muscles. It is designed to target. I have shoulder issues and is unable to perform regular dips. This machine allows me to do dips without any pain. I highly recommend this piece of equipment to anybody putting together their own fitness space.

I have no problem doing free weight dips but I've been wanting to add a dedicated dip machine to the garage gym (for a different stimulus for tris and also pecs) and since there are so few dip machines available, at an 'affordable' price (ie. for a garage gym not for a commercial gym - plenty of those), I thought I'd give this a try. If you are familiar with Titan machines, this is standard issue. It's solid and does what it's supposed to. Well made for what it is. It arrived quickly, after ordering, and was packed extremely well. Very easy to assemble (took no time) and doesn't take up much gym real estate and is relatively inexpensive. So far, it's hitting tris and pecs as I'd hoped for so no regrets. Unless you're looking to spend thousands of dollars for a dip machine you really can't go wrong with this machine.

I am enjoying this dip machine. It was pretty easy to put together and seems to be a quality product. I have already loaded about 300 lbs on it and it pushed it without an issue. The action is really smooth to operate. It also has a pretty small footprint in the garage gym but I fully expect that it is going to make a huge impact. It is definitely worth the money. If you are on the fence about it, I would absolutely recommend it.
