The threaded stop pin will keep the barbell in place as you train and works great for any landmine training. The attachment is made from 2 x 2.75-inch, 11-gauge steel tubing featuring two weight post sleeves and knurled handles that rotate 360-degrees. “First, I love this attachment. It’s versatile allowing for numerous exercises. It’s extremely heavy duty, I was shocked at the weight of it. It has 2 things to be aware of. The nuts and bolts holding the handle in place interfere with the weight plate. I say nuts and bolts because mine are installed opposite of the picture so you could get either. The bolt head is about 3/8 and the nut side protrudes about 3/4. You will need a spacer of some sort on the post to keep the plates straight. Also, the weight posts do not accept standard collars. I don’t understand why it was designed like this but it was. I used electrical tape to increase the diameter enough for collars to stay in place. I’m sure there are other versions of this in the marketplace without these issues at twice the price but I’m using it in a home gym so I don’t need a $400 attachment. For the combination of price and quality I’ll stick with Titan most of the time.”

“I love this landmine attachment. Im not sure I’ve seen any other piece of equipment that’s quite like it. It allows me to do snatches and clean & jerks with far less risk of injury than when using a standard barbell. There are also tons of other exercises like viking presses, RDL’s and shrugs that you can use with this attachment. It’s already my favorite piece of equipment.”

“Awesome attachment for someone learning how to clean or an older person with shoulder or elbow issues. Feels great to clean again but I also made a nice little complex lift that crushed me, love it!”
