This high-quality landmine trap bar attachment easily attaches to any Olympic bar with a painless slide-over design. It allows quick installation and prevents wear and scratching on your barbell. The threaded stop pin will keep the barbell in place as you train and works great for any landmine training. The attachment is made from 2 x 2.75-inch, 11-gauge steel tubing featuring two weight post sleeves and knurled handles that rotate 360-degrees. Take your workout to the next level by performing deadlifts to overhead presses without changing your grip as the handles rotate with you as you lift.UPDATED VERSION: We have updated the handles with tough aluminum alloy bearings.NOTE: Standard barbell collars may not fit on this specialty attachment

“It is a solid piece of equipment and looks real good. What I don't like is that it is rough going on the bar. Put a little bit of 3 and 1 oil on the bar end and inside the landmine. Seems to help but still not even close to smooth. The Olympic adapters are almost useless since you can't lock the plates into place with collars. They slide right off. The landmine is huge too. Might be tough for people with small places. It is comparable to a trap bar in size.”
