The T-3 Series Roller J-Hooks makes aligning the barbell much easier. When racking the bar onto the roller, the roller slides the bar into the perfect position, and then the lifter can easily position the bar from side to side to center the bar in the T-3 Series Power Rack. Each J-Hook fits securely in place so you can focus on your workout without having to worry about the possibility of hook slippage or movement. Featuring heavy-duty nylon rollers and UHMW plastic on the backplate, lip, and frame, helping preserve your bars knurling and rack from being damaged. Additionally, the T-3 Series Roller accepts all bar sizes from standard to large squat bars.
UPDATED VERSION: Featuring UHMW plastic on the implement's frame to prevent the rack from being damaged. Additionally, we have replaced the M12 front nut with a flush fastener to prevent your bar from being damaged.

“love this j hooks, very durable, heavy duty, built solid. not light weight metal. Only imperfections was the black powder coating was sprayed in the threaded portion on the back where the red threaded locking pin goes into. I cleaned it up with a metal bristle brush and was able to thread it all the way in.”

“The hooks are great! They allow even very heavy loaded bars to move left and right, which makes racking and unracking easier as you can adjust to precisely where you want the bar to be. The only change I would make is maybe making the screw-in pins in the back spring loaded, so you don't have to take them completely out of the hooks every time you move them. Other than that though, excellent hooks and I'll likely snag a second set of them at some point to use on the front of the rack for OHP.”

“Used these at a commercial gym and swore I’d never go back to normal hooks. Must have upgrade. Makes centering the bar for bench a breeze”

“It never said on the website how small the hooks were. They would acted like that I couldn't return them and they charged me 20 percent restocking fee not to mention I had to pay the return shipping. I had bought a bunch of stuff from Titan but no more. Plus, you have to wait about 10 days after they receive their items back before they even then refund you.”

“I have not used rogue, rep or any other roller I-hooks, but these are cheaper than those and and full-fill their purpose perfectly, I have no complains.”

“I needed new J hooks and my son suggested getting the roller J hooks. They’re very well made, I’m just not convinced they’re necessary and better than the good old J hooks that came with my T-3 rack. Not being negative BUT more money well spent?? Think about it.”
