The Rack Mounted Preacher Curl Station mounts to your T-3 or X-3 Series Power Racks to allow athletes to improve their curling form and target the biceps. Crafted with a J-hook-style mounting system that will enable you to install the attachment to your rack within seconds. Easily clip the mounting system into the uprights by inserting the pin and rotating down. The curl station is made from durable steel and features a thick padded cushion that will provide the comfort needed for an intense workout session. You can use dumbbells, barbells, and EZ Curl Bars to isolate your biceps.
NOTE: This item is not compatible with Racks purchased prior to October 2021.

“Unfortunately, I wanted to love this product: but it doesn’t fit my T-3 rack. I bought my T3 rack in 2017 and I now believe the rack has changed since then. There are no holes on the sides of the rack anywhere in the middle that this could bolt onto to. So i either have to drill holes into the steel to make it fit or just throw it away. Waste of money. Wish the site said it fits T3 model from a certain date forward”

“I purchased this for my Rogue Monster Lite. It is not a perfect fit as holes don’t align perfectly and the width is off as well. It’s serviceable as is if you’re not knit-picky. I use it for standing preacher curls which added a new dimension to my training in conjunction with my rogue ez curl bar. Additionally, it can be used as a hip thrust pad. I don’t secure it with the pins so it can pivot up allowing a better pump in my opinion. Overall, I recommend this product!”

“This is a great and easily setup attachment for the rack. The standing preacher has always yielded better results personally when compared to seated preacher curls, but sadly standing versions have become all but extinct. It’s a good solid bench with excellent padding. The preacher and spider curl angles are spot on. With a little ingenuity you can perform back extensions on this as well. All in all a great product with no obvious flaws. Great work Titan!”

“Works great, but as others have mentioned, it wobbles a little. That doesn't really detract from the overall functionality, though, but it's why i gave only four stars. Also, there were some extremely sharp staple ends poking through the back of the pad i had to bend over (so watch out or you can really hurt yourself.) Overall it saves space and is full-width so I'm satisfied. And it's a great perk to be able to do the curls either sitting or standing.”
