Great tool for my X-3, gave it 4 instead of 5 because it is a TIGHT fit. I have to bang it in a little with a mallet. Very sturdy though - great for curls and if you're creative you can invent some new exercises.

I use this to do my preacher curls. I was a bit concerned at first that I wouldn't be able to use it at a good height due to the hole spacing, but it does work for me with a tweak of the bench. If I wanted to switch to standing preacher curls I don't think there would be any issue since I could more easily adjust my body for that. The attachment could be a bit more comfortable if the hole spacing wasn't such a limiting factor. I mount this attachment at the front of my rack, facing the inside. I use my adjustable bench seat to do my curls seated. Because of the location I use this, I have to remove it every time I am finished with preacher curls. The powder coating on my rack is getting pretty beat up from it, if you care about that. A final note, don't forget the pins. I keep forgetting them and get a quick reminder to insert them. Overall, this is a lot cheaper than a full preacher bench, it's compact and stowable and allows me to get this style of preacher curls done. Even with the limitations I have found, I would still buy it again. There's room for improvement, but this is a piece of equipment I would not want to do without.

Easy to set up and pad is good. Improvement would have been to extend it was from the rack a couple inches so that your less likely to smack the curl bar on your rack coming up. Overall inexpensive and good quality. I would have paid more for the tweak.

No one cares if you do curls in your own rack, so yeah this is great. But it can also double as a foot cradle for single leg squats. Move it to the bottom of the T3 rack, flip the pad, toss your foot up and you are good to go with some DBs, maybe even flip it and face in the rack for barbell single leg squats.... creative multipurpose tool.

Like the addition of the preacher pad. The cross bar is easy to set out of the way on the back of the rack . i remove the pad so it takes minimal storage. Very pleased with quality and construction of this.

I just received this in the mail 2 days ago. Simple to put together and it comes with a wrench for the 4 bolts tom mount the pad. I bought it for my T-3 Squat Rack and it fits pretty well with the built in spacer for it. It is a little snug and I tapped it right in with my rubber mallet. No complaints and I am sure it will loosen up with use and taking it off and putting it back on when needed. Finish and quality is very nice to me and the price would be hard to beat.

Titan seems to have listened to feedback along the way. Well packaged and intact. Powder coat is very good and has vastly improved in the past year. I have a T-3 which was not bolted to floor. Horizontal bar did not fit. I measured. The bar was to spec and my rack was not at the bottom legs had “walked” inward from use. I straightened my rack out. Fit is perfect. Overall I am pleased with the product and pleased with the company.
