“This is a phenomenal bench. It feels solid and I feel comfortable raising heavy weight loads with it under me. The fact that it's weight rating is significantly higher than more expensive comparable products on the market makes me feel very secure using it. I've read other reviews about it's wobble. I can see this too when it's not bearing any weight, but I've never felt this wobble under weight and it feels very sturdy. My only criticism would be the packaging, which allowed for a couple of the pieces to protrude from the box and a slight superficial tear to result in the top padding when in transit. Other than that, I'm very satisfied with this bench and would recommend it to both novice and experienced lifters. This is about as close you're going to get to commercial quality at this price point!”

“Great adjustable bench for the price, plus free shipping! Sure there’re better adjustable benches out there but you’re going to be paying double the price if not more. I would definitely recommend this adjustable bench to anyone starting up a home/garage gym.”

“I'm very happy with my new single post FID bench. I suggest laying out all the hardware, seperate the bolts, nuts and washers ahead will save time during the assembly. Also don't over tighten until the end. Took me about an hour.”

“Recently purchased bench, delivered with no damage to box or product. Instructions as difficult to flow as Ikea and bolts not labeled had to make an educated guess. Once assembled very sturdy bench and well made.”
