The Economy H-PND is great for hyperextensions, which tone your glutes and hamstrings. Hyperextensions can also help increase the flexibility of your hips. With the Economy H-PND, you can practice cross-training, strength training, and weight lifting - with 100-pounds less overall weight than our larger version. By simply changing the steel tubing from 3 x 3-inch to 2 x 2-inch, we used less material without sacrificing this unit's integrity, stability, and function. “A good quality piece of equipment. I suffered from a herniated lower back and after using this 1-2 times a week for about 3 weeks all the pain went away and I can now deadlift and squat with no pain. I highly recommend it!”

“Equipment arrived in proper packaging. For once, the materials and hardware were all present and assembled with some ease. The machine does what you want it do for performing the reverse hyper extension. I've even used it for leg lifts for an abdominal exercise. Versatility is nice and the machine functions as it should. Don't have anything negative to say about this machine as of yet.”

“This reverse hyper is perfect for my garage gym. It took a couple sockets and an hour or so and its all set up. The hardware seems to be quality tube and bearings. I’m happy with it and would recommend it.”
