The Economy H-PND is great for hyperextensions, which tone your glutes and hamstrings. Hyperextensions can also help increase the flexibility of your hips. With the Economy H-PND, you can practice cross-training, strength training, and weight lifting - with 100-pounds less overall weight than our larger version. By simply changing the steel tubing from 3 x 3-inch to 2 x 2-inch, we used less material without sacrificing this unit's integrity, stability, and function. Tighten and tone your muscles with the Economy H-PND. This machine allows you to target your lower back, glutes, legs, hamstrings, and calves, helping you to develop a lean, muscular build.

“I am actually surprised how well built this is for his cheap as I paid. Almost paid twice the price and then some for anothwr brand. The free shipping sealed the deal. Ended up buying this machine and a bunch of other cool muscle gadgets. Love Titan!”

“I bought the economy version of Titan Fitness Reverse hyper extension. The build quality is really good and installation was straight forward. I’m 6’6” and can comfortably use it I’d guess the max height for this is 6’10”. Shipping and the packaging was also quick and done with care. 10/10 experience”

“The Economy H-PND has helped me with SI/ LB pain even after only about 5 uses. It is well worth the space it takes up in my home gym. The build quality seems great and the motion of the swing arm is smooth. My only complaint is it did not come with build instructions, and the ones on the website did not were down/ would not load. However, it only took about 2 hours to put together, with minimal help from a second person.”
