The Economy H-PND is great for hyperextensions, which tone your glutes and hamstrings. Hyperextensions can also help increase the flexibility of your hips. With the Economy H-PND, you can practice cross-training, strength training, and weight lifting - with 100-pounds less overall weight than our larger version. By simply changing the steel tubing from 3 x 3-inch to 2 x 2-inch, we used less material without sacrificing this unit's integrity, stability, and function. Tighten and tone your muscles with the Economy H-PND. This machine allows you to target your lower back, glutes, legs, hamstrings, and calves, helping you to develop a lean, muscular build.

“Beyond impressed with the quality of the equipment for an “economy” bench. Years of construction and golf have been hard on my back and left with disc bulging at L4-S1 that seem to act up every year and leave me tight and forward flexed while walking every morning. I have been diligent in the last week about doing my exercises on the bench in the morning and the evening and I can’t believe how much better my back feels. Less tight. I stand up taller in the mornings. The dull ache and tingling in my legs has STOPPED. It literally stopped after two days and my golf swing feels so much more fluid. I do a bunch of glute strengthening and nerve flossing as it is but THIS bench has taken my relief to a whole other level. Maybe it’s placebo effect but there are things about my symptomatic improvement that I haven’t seen in years. I can easily bend over and touch my toes now in the morning where I used to only get down to mid shin when I woke up. I love this bench for what it has done for my quality of life. If I started my home gym all over again (and I have a ton of stuff), this is the first piece on the list purely based on maintaining my spine health and longevity. It won’t replace my regular back and mobility exercises but it clearly has been the missing piece. Thank you TF for offering an excellent piece of equipment at an excellent and competitive price!”

“The price increase in the past year or so is the reason for removal of a star. It makes the value worse. Machine is fine, tolerances are to be expected for the chinesium used, but all in all it remains the best option under $600 to do the job. Pad is a bit weak, could be better, and if you're gonna load up a lot of weight it moves around. Directions aren't great but not the worst. All in all 4/5.”

“I relied on reviews that were posted saying this equipment was much high quality than expected and I 100 percent agree! I am so impressed. This was a piece of equipment that I didn't want to have to spend more than I needed on it. It is something I'll use but not everyday in my route and the value I received for what I paid is impressive. I recommend this equipment to anyone looking to get a good value without sacrificing the look and feel of the equipment. I'm sure the upgraded versions have a few more bells and whistles, as they should, but for a home gym, this is perfect.”

“I really like this reverse hyper extension. I’ve been able to get some rep work in with 4 45lb plates on it so far and it’s super sturdy. My back feels great. The only thing that disappointed me was it was shipped with one of the protective plastic caps missing from the upright support.”

“Nothing “eco” about this piece of equipment. It’s built like an absolute tank. Phenomenal craftsmanship. Assembly was not difficult, the only semi-tricky part was mounting the bearing assembly. It didn’t initially line up and the instructions never mentioned anything about loosening tiny nuts with hex wrench to allow bar to slide further in. I eventually figured it out, but would include in the directions. Reverse hypers completely healed years of debilitating back pain from military helicopter flying and I had to get one for my garage. I’m a loyal Titan customer after this great purchase! After seeing the quality of this product, strongly considering buying the Titan GHD if/when it goes on sale!”

“I am actually surprised how well built this is for his cheap as I paid. Almost paid twice the price and then some for anothwr brand. The free shipping sealed the deal. Ended up buying this machine and a bunch of other cool muscle gadgets. Love Titan!”
