Economy H-PND Reviews

4.8 Rating 131 Reviews
Read Titan Fitness Reviews

The Economy H-PND is great for hyperextensions, which tone your glutes and hamstrings. Hyperextensions can also help increase the flexibility of your hips. With the Economy H-PND, you can practice cross-training, strength training, and weight lifting - with 100-pounds less overall weight than our larger version. By simply changing the steel tubing from 3 x 3-inch to 2 x 2-inch, we used less material without sacrificing this unit's integrity, stability, and function. Tighten and tone your muscles with the Economy H-PND. This machine allows you to target your lower back, glutes, legs, hamstrings, and calves, helping you to develop a lean, muscular build.

The product came quick and everything was perfect. No dents scratches or missing parts. I have used this piece of equipment for two weeks now after straining a back muscle and it has helped rehabilitate it. Titan has provided a great addition to my garage gym. The free shipping and competitive pricing to the competition brings me back to Titan every time.

I bought the H-PND never having tried one before, because I have heard good things and working as a Farrier I have had back issues in the past. Having used it for a month I feel like it's a good tool to strengthen my back and the exercise is fairly easy to recover from. Just like I had hoped.

It's only been two weeks but so far the people using it in the Gym are pleased with it's performance. It is built well.

Substantial construction with bearings on the swing arm. Seems to hit me mostly in the lower back. The reverse hyper was invented by Louie Simmons of Westside Barbell for those of you who do not know. For an old man like me, it’s a very good exercise for a number of reasons. The only con is it’s a large and very specialized piece of equipment. I have only had it a short time and already intuitively see and feel its benefits.

For being the lighter version of the reverse hyper I think it’s a very solid piece of equipment. Assembly was simple following the online instructions. Nice job Titan keep up the good work

I purchased this to help my 50+ year old carpenter lower back. I'm not exactly sure how or why this machine works but it absolutely does. It is truly amazing how well this relieves lower back pain. The machine itself is extremely well made, they call it an economy model, not sure why, very sturdy. Directions can be found on the website and are spoty but good enough.
