The Economy H-PND is great for hyperextensions, which tone your glutes and hamstrings. Hyperextensions can also help increase the flexibility of your hips. With the Economy H-PND, you can practice cross-training, strength training, and weight lifting - with 100-pounds less overall weight than our larger version. By simply changing the steel tubing from 3 x 3-inch to 2 x 2-inch, we used less material without sacrificing this unit's integrity, stability, and function. Tighten and tone your muscles with the Economy H-PND. This machine allows you to target your lower back, glutes, legs, hamstrings, and calves, helping you to develop a lean, muscular build.

I really love this machine and am so glad I purchased it. After experiencing minor lower-back soreness for years, regular use of the Economy H-PND appears to have cured me. This particular machine is built like a tank and I experience no wobbling while using it (unlike other reverse hyper machines out there for sale). My only complaint is that it took me about 3.5 hours to assemble it. I’m a fairly handy guy and have an extensive set of tools, but it still was a major project to get the thing put together. But once it was built, I could not be happier. Get yourself a Economy H-PND and get your lower back strong and healthy!

It is built well and is very sturdy for a “budget” addition for a home gym. I’m 6’2” 305lbs and it works perfectly for me.

I bought this for my home gym. It is sturdy, and the material covering the pad seems to be really good at managing the sweat. I typically use a couple of 45s on each side, and it seems like I could load it up really heavy if I wanted to, and not break anything.

How this thing is economy is beyond me. It looks like a chair for a giant!! It is very sturdy. I have to think that the weight rating on this is very under valued. You cannot go wrong with the piece of equipment.

This machine is huge. Big project to assemble. Supposedly the smaller lightweight version, but it’s big. Nothing told me I’d need to also order weights for it. Also, manual has only assembly instructions, nothing about how to use it properly.

If you've been looking at Reverse Hypers, this is the one to get. Really solid build, works great, and costs way less than all the others. Great for activation and pre-workout for my Olympic lifting clients, as well as lower body strength with heavier weights. Don't know how we did without it ! 5 Stars !!!

Absolutely stellar addition to my home gym. Im blown away by how solid and heavy it is. There is exactly 0 sway or instability while in use. Additionally, I went back and forth for a number of months trying to determine whether or not the floor space used by this machine would “pay out,” given that I have a fairly limited area to workout in. I wish I would have made this purchase sooner. 10/10 would recommend.
