The Economy H-PND is great for hyperextensions, which tone your glutes and hamstrings. Hyperextensions can also help increase the flexibility of your hips. With the Economy H-PND, you can practice cross-training, strength training, and weight lifting - with 100-pounds less overall weight than our larger version. By simply changing the steel tubing from 3 x 3-inch to 2 x 2-inch, we used less material without sacrificing this unit's integrity, stability, and function. Tighten and tone your muscles with the Economy H-PND. This machine allows you to target your lower back, glutes, legs, hamstrings, and calves, helping you to develop a lean, muscular build.

The Economy H-PND is the quality and durability of equipment you would find at a commercial gym. I've used it a dozen times now so far and can really feel the workout in the lower back, glutes and hamstrings. Very happy with the equipment, it came in two boxes and you'll need help carrying it from the driveway drop-off to where you're setting it up. The box was punctured and ripped in a few places as it's heavy but the packaging was great and not a scratch on the equipment. Took a little over an hour to set it up, online manual was helpful and just needed 5 minutes of my kid's help with one part of the assembly.

I had a less heavy duty Reverse Hyper (Rogue Westside Scout). I was maxing out the weight it could hold and had to put dumbbells near the feet to keep it from moving/sliding around my garage. I decided to upgrade to this version and I’m happy I did. It can hold more weight and is steady (doesn’t move around). I don’t think I’d need Titan’s heavier version. I’m 175# and squat 450#. I’ve loaded it to 300# without any issues.

Good quality for price and it’s very competitively priced in comparison to the other brands. Very minor note, the pegs for the weights have a matte silver coating that is very cheap and rubs off very quickly. The pegs would be just fine without it.

Great piece of equipment for the price. A little bit bulky, sits a bit high, but not through the fault of the engineering. This is almost a necessity after heavy deadlifting and squatting to really stretch out and decompress the back. If you have trouble with discs or back pain in general, this will solve it. A modern necessity for heavy lifting if you have the space.
