So far So okay. The directions are not good. The pictures via the web link are not descriptive enough to assemble without a YouTube video to fill in the blanks. All and All should work for me.

Super smooth pulley system solid gym quality. 1 negative is because of the design there is no way to do upright overhead tricep extensions. It will grind and strip the cable. I am not an engineer but and redesign is definitely needed as it is one of the staples in my tricep routine. I bought a cheap pulley system which I attach to the x3 pull up bar to remedy it but shouldn't have needed to do so.

Low row and lat pull-down options are great for hitting the back from different angles. Like it a lot compared to having to always do bent over rows or pull-ups

I have the short lat tower on my 80" X-3 (basement is 81" clearance). I'm 6'1" and was concerned it would be too low to get a full stretch from sitting. If you're any taller and require the short tower like I did, you may need to prepare to do pull downs from the floor. Otherwise it's a great attachment and the low row options is great.

I'm happy with how the machine functions. It allows me an efficient use of space so that I can have more room for more equipment in the future. One small disappointment was that it came missing a piece. I went to a dozen hardware stores and couldn't find the right one. It took 3-4 days to get Titan to ship me the missing piece. It's been over a week and I still haven't received it. I managed to fabricate a new piece so that I can use the machine (finally).
