This space saving Lat Tower Power Rack attachment delivers the same training benefits of a traditional Lat Pulldown Machine with the perk of a Low Row attachment to target your arms and back. The bolt-together installation ensures this attachment is securely fitted within your T-3 or X-3 Series Bolt Down Short Power Rack. With dual loadable weight plate sleeves, you can slowly work up to higher intensity workouts with a weight capacity of up to 300 LB. The tower includes carabiners that attach to the lat pulldown and low row handles, a nylon pulley cable system, and a diamond-textured footplate. Load up on plates and use lat pulldowns to efficiently target your upper body and back muscles to perform various pulldowns, bent-over rows, seated rows, and more. If you want to make your garage gym bigger, bolder, and badder – look no further than this powerful Lat Pulldown and Low Row Attachment.
NOTE: This item is not compatible with T-3 or X-3 Series Racks purchased prior to October 2021.

I recently added this Titan X3 lat pulldown attachment to my X3 Flatfoot rack (yes, it will attach to the flat foot with slight modifications). It has become an essential piece of equipment. It's very stable, allowing me to push my limits with confidence. I upgraded the plastic pulleys that it came with to aluminum, although the plastic ones are just fine. The aluminum pulleys allow for smoother pulls, ensuring consistent resistance. This lat tower is versatile, offering both high and low pulling points. As such, it supports a wide range of exercises beyond lat pulldowns, such as tricep pushdowns and seated rows, all while fitting perfectly inside the power rack. I highly recommend this lat pulldown tower to anyone serious about enhancing their workouts. It's durable and functional and has significantly elevated my training regimen!

Super easy to put together and is very smooth, definitely plan on buying some grease though the lube that comes with it was leaking so I just tossed it and used a all purpose grease but besides that it’s killer

I love this with one exception. The lower mount or the clip holding the cable needs to be modified. Every time I start a new set I have to adjust the clip because it gets wedged. If the hole was a little larger so the small end of the clip would fit and stay in it this would be perfect.
