The Loading Pin is designed to improve your overall grip strength. Load any Olympic-size plate or bumper onto the sleeve, secure your favorite grip attachment, and perform a wide range of strength training exercises. If you are interested in starting grip strength training, this is the perfect tool to build your arms and hand muscles. You can also work out your shoulders, pecs, biceps, triceps, and more.

“This loading pin is adequate for my needs. Unfortunately, my bumper plates require a bit of extra force to slide over the top of the pin as there is a bit of binding. I wish Titan would have made the entire pin a millimeter or two smaller in diameter. In addition to the prior fix, this item would be 5 stars if Titan rounded off the top which would make it significantly easier to attach a carabiner and have it not bind. A chamfered edge would be nice as well. I likely would not purchase this again, but the price does not cause me to regret it. I will be looking for a better designed loading pin in the near future to save myself the extra hassle of trying to use this one.”
