“I use the loading pin for belt squats. I have standard steel plates and they fit on it no problem. Good purchase for sure”

“You would think it's just for the pulley system, wrong. It is useful for other grip training and squat exercises. Well worth the cost!”

“We find many uses for these well-made loading pins, including for cable systems, wrist rollers, rolling thunder handles, yoke carries, duckwalks, and as stone-loaders.”

“I bought this in conjunction with the Tricep/Lat Pulley System for the X-2 (which is just like the comparable pulley systems for other rack models). It does exactly what it is supposed to and works fine with the carabiner that came with the pulley system. It is apparently a pretty common size and style of carabiner, because it is just like the carabiners on my weight stack machine by another company, as well as the carabiner on my dip belt by yet another company. So I would assume if you get the loading pin for a device that winds up having an incompatible carabiner, it would be pretty easy to obtain one that does work.”

“The loading pin appears solidly built, though regular Olympic plates may fit a bit snugly. Unfortunately, the hole at the top of the loading pin is too narrow for the carabiner that comes with the Titan Fitness wrist roller, and too far from the end of the pin for my other carabiner to fit around it.”
