The Loading Pin is designed to improve your overall grip strength. I could load about 5 45lb. plates and it supports the weight. I don't do sets with this weight, but the point is it is worthy of a product.

i ordered to use for the lat pull down. feels solid, wont hold 400 pounds, but lets be honest, we only weigh that much, we dont lift that much

I use the loading pin for belt squats. I have standard steel plates and they fit on it no problem. Good purchase for sure
