“I order this in the middle of October. Over my weekend I began to put it together and to my dismay, a part is missing. I call customer service thinking this would be an easy fix. It hasn't been. A first my problem was forgotten about. When I called to check on the part I received an apology and was assured they would get right on it. Received an email saying they would pull the part from "new inventory" and it would be on the way. A couple of days later it would be 10 business days before they could check in new inventory. That made no sense. Now they are sending the box and I have to dig the missing part out and mail the rest back to them. SMH. My first call to report the problem was Oct 31 and Fedex is saying they will deliver it on Nov 25. It's been a horrible experience. I don't blame customer support. I think the guy was doing everything he could. Just know if you have a missing part be prepared to wait a while. And you may never get the part. No idea how well the machine works. I will not be ordering anything again.”

“The instructions are not the best, they really should have a video on how to assemble it properly. As far as functionality, it’s worth every penny. This is a very good leg machine.”

“This is a great machine for the price. I was surprised at how heavy this machine was, it could be put together by one person but two would be easier. Just to let you know there is a spring to install that is hard to keep in place, I took mine off and it works just fine without it. My machine goes up and down the rails smooth. I am very pleased with this machine, very heavy and does not move when in use. There is a guy on youtube that can help you put it together.”

“Compared to what other machines like this cost the price is very reasonable. I wanted something to exercise my legs that wouldn’t effect my back and this piece of equipment works great and it is very well built.”
