“Nice Hack Squat machine. Real easy to put together until you get to the spring part but luckily I figured it out. Very smooth and quiet. Love leg day because this machine is pain free on knees and back. Highly recommend before the price goes up!”

“It arrived damaged, contacted titan to see what could be done, they said they would get back to me…. 6 days later no response, I called them, they said that another department handled the warranty issues, this was not, the item arrived damaged!, I got fed up by Titan giving me the run around, so I asked to return the item, on September 22nd, it arrived at their facility, today is October 4th, almost 2 weeks and no refund, I called them again, they tell me there was a glitch in their system and that they had to manually process a request for a refund and that I have to wait another 5-7 business days for the refund to process, so basically a month after they received the item I will hopefully get a refund, this is ridiculous in my opinion and I will never buy from this company.”

“Excellent piece of equipment at this price point. It’s a little different than a standard hack squat machine in that there’s hand grips at hip height instead of the traditional shoulder harness but still a very effective piece of equipment. The only issue I had was installing the safety catch. It definitely can be engineered better for installation purposes. This machine is a nice addition to our home gym.”

“This unit is not engineered properly. Parts of this unit don’t fit and therefore they don’t allow the unit to function properly. Don’t buy this until they redo it.”
