Unleash your inner Titan with the Y Dip Attachment designed for the T-3 Series Power Racks. Constructed from heavy-duty 11-gauge steel, this dip station will hold a weight capacity of up to 500 LB. Featuring a quick-change pin mounting system that allows you to install the Y Dip Bar to your rack within seconds. The two 48mm grip handles are set at an angle to allow for grip options from 20" to 25.5" wide. Secure, dependable, and perfect for performing a variety of knee and leg raises to target your abs.
NOTE: This item is not compatible with T-3 Series Racks purchased prior to October 2021. Additionally, if your rack is not bolted or secured to the ground, you must use the T-3 Series Y Dip on the inside of the rack

“I bought the y dip to match with my titan rack. Shipping was fast. Package very nice and secure. The build quality is very good. Only issue is I have an older first generation rack and it does not have all the holes like newer racks have. The holes in my rack is too high. So I’m going to drill some holes for it.”

“Am I wrong to think this would attach on the 3” side? I need to jump to the 5’ spot on my T3 rack to install. Good kit but I am vertically challenged.”

“Super sturdy. Used with a T-3 rack not bolted to anything, rack did not sway or wobble. Very light weight for what it is and easy to attach and detach. Only improvement would be to add knurling to the hand bars. They can get slippery when it's 100 out and I'm sweaty in the garage”

“Been using it for 1 month and get a use of ot 2-3 times a week in my garage gym. Adds versatility to my workouts. I took one star because i would’ve preferred if it had some knurling on it. No big deal. The only other feedback would be to add just a tad bit more UHMV plastic to get rid of the side play. Overall this is good dip attachment.”
