Featuring a quick-change pin mounting system that allows you to install the Y Dip Bar to your rack within seconds. The two 48mm grip handles are set at an angle to allow for grip options from 20" to 25.5" wide. Secure, dependable, and perfect for performing a variety of knee and leg raises to target your abs.
NOTE: This item is not compatible with T-3 Series Racks purchased prior to October 2021. Additionally, if your rack is not bolted or secured to the ground, you must use the T-3 Series Y Dip on the inside of the rack

“I have the old T-3 series and I didn't have holes drilled in the sides of the rack bars. I had to drill holes so I could attach the dip bar. It works. The attachment is solid.”
