The T-3 Series Dumbbell Weight Bar Holders allow you to place one pair of dumbbells on either side of your T-3 Series Uprights in order to conveniently and safely perform free-motion dumbbell lifts. Designed with a J-hook style mounting system that allows you to install the bars to your rack within seconds. Easily clip the mounting system into the uprights by inserting the pin and rotating the holders down. No hardware required. The safety spotters can hold up to a combined 500-pounds and are a great asset when transitioning between sets and exercises. Lock them to your desired height and get to lifting!

“I don't own a T3 rack just an older Weider one, these locked on tight and support my Powerblock US 90s with no problem , they are not sized for those dumbells though, I just wanted the best support and these provide it”

“Getting used to rack attachment for barbell. I can see the usefulness as an assist for lifting from the rack. Just not there with fully incorporating into workout because I do not do heavy dumbbells as an exercise or to failure.”

“This attachment is easily one of my favorites. Takes a bit to get the feel for them, and you may have to make adjustments on your heights so they feel right, but they work great.”
