The Adjustable Monolift Attachment is a lift assist compatible with the T-3 Series Power Rack. Crafted with a J-hook style mounting system that allows you to install the attachment to your rack within seconds. Easily clip the mounting system into the uprights by inserting the pin and rotating the lift down. No hardware required. Designed with counterweight handles at the top, so when you lift a barbell off the lift, the hooks will swing back toward the rack and stay there. This feature clears up space so you can exercise in place without having to walk the bar out from over the J-Hooks. Re-racking is just as easy; a short lean forward re-racks the bar and returns to its original position. Reduce the possibility of injury and go for max reps with a T-3 Series Monolifts!NOTE: A monolift attachment does not replace spotters or proper technique. We recommend ONLY using a monolift attachment with a bolted-down rack or secured to the ground for safe use.

Works as advertised! Pro’s: Built sturdy, seems indestructible, works perfectly, allows for your bench press lift to start right above chest, helps with my shoulder arthritis. Improvement areas: create better directions, a link to video directions would be best, include what each hole does because it took trial and error to see which hole adjustment increases the range of motion, increase hook size

Garage gym… no spotter… was getting bicep tendon flare ups from un-racking at higher weight. Tooks some getting used to but won’t go back to j-hooke

I have a Rogue R-3 Power Rack, which has 2"x3" uprights. Rogue no longer sells monolift arms that fit that size (they are focused on their Monster line), so I got these from Titan. They fit very snug, but I got them on. The biggest issue is the holes for the retention pins don't quite match the spacing of my rogue rack, so I have to use these monolift arms without the retention pins. Not a deal breaker, especially because of how snug they fit anyway, but it's certainly noteworthy. I also wish Titan would just weld permanent spacers onto the end of the brackets so when the bolts that hold the arms are tightened, the brackets don't pinch the arms and prevent them from swinging freely. I ended up having to fiddle with the tightness of the bolts to allow the arms to swing, while not wiggling too much from side-to-side. It's not a horrible design, but a small design change could really improve the product.

Only thing I will say is lube the hinge bolt around the joint of the mono arm swing. Great piece. Exactly what I wanted.

These arms are well worth it. There’s more than enough travel to squat and bench with them. If you find yourself not having enough travel you’re not at setting them at the right height. Very sturdy and swing out of the way quickly. We’ve had 700lbs+ squats and 500lbs+ bench attempts out of these hooks and have no issue with them. Using on a Rogue R3. I wish I bought them earlier. Easy to adjust and use.

I knew these would be a great addition to my home gym from using my friend’s. Unfortunately I received monolifts for the T-2 rack. I’ve bought many items from Titan and always experienced excellent customer service. I returned the item and it was a super easy process but there must be a hitch in the system because Titan acknowledged they received the item 12 days ago and I haven’t received a refund to my card. I asked for a T-3 replacement but they were out of stock. Excellent quality for a great price.

These mono arms need roller cups. It is extremely difficult to adjust the bar on the arms with a lot of weight loaded up. You have to twist and grind the bar which ruins the ends if your bar and degrades the arms significantly if you have an aggressive knurl like I do. You can't pick the bar up and quickly hop it left to right either because the hooks will retreat back leaving you holding a loaded barbell. If they had rollers, specifically plastic coated rollers, then this product would have 5 stars from me. I took a picture to further explain what i mean, as you can see, the bar aggressively eats away at the plastic due to me trying to shift it.
