The Adjustable Monolift Attachment is a lift assist compatible with the T-3 Series Power Rack. Crafted with a J-hook style mounting system that allows you to install the attachment to your rack within seconds. Easily clip the mounting system into the uprights by inserting the pin and rotating the lift down. No hardware required. Designed with counterweight handles at the top, so when you lift a barbell off the lift, the hooks will swing back toward the rack and stay there. This feature clears up space so you can exercise in place without having to walk the bar out from over the J-Hooks. Re-racking is just as easy; a short lean forward re-racks the bar and returns to its original position. Reduce the possibility of injury and go for max reps with a T-3 Series Monolifts!NOTE: A monolift attachment does not replace spotters or proper technique. We recommend ONLY using a monolift attachment with a bolted-down rack or secured to the ground for safe use.

They do what they’re supposed to do. I’m using mine on a Rogue infinity rack which has the same 2x3 supports as the T-3. My only issue is the holes don’t line up so I can’t use the pin. Not sure if that’s because I’m using a rogue rack or not. Either way, it works and I like them.

Pros- 1. -Delivered quickly 2. -Well packaged 3 -solid, I work up to 315 with no problems 4 -fits rack perfectly 5 -saves space, my rack is 24 inches deep. It keeps me from hitting the back upright when I box squat Cons- 1 -this is a personal choice, I would like the counterweight arms be 2 inches shorter. But, they work fine 2 -The plastic on the jaws where the barbell sits, gets scratched when I rack it. Over time I see it wearing out and the metal being unprotected Overall, I would buy them again

You go straight up and down with this. No extra step before your big lift. It works as described. It’s been updated a bit with a bit more movement out of the way.

These are very well made, but the design could use more refinement. Particularly the counter weight, which takes up a lot of space, and makes the entire unit clunky to take off or attach. These are very nice when going for PRs. But otherwise, they're probably too much of a hassle, as they reduce clearances so much, you'll have to constantly remove, or attach them from workout to workout. Hopefully in the future the design gets refined, either to a smaller counter weight, or even spring loading them to remove the need for a counter weight.
