The Multi-Grip Pull Up Bar is compatible with the T-2, T-3, or X-3 Series Power Racks. The bar features eight 32mm grip options for traditional, narrow, angled, and neutral grip pull-ups. With an inside length of 42", it spans your entire Power Rack and adds depth to your full-body workouts. The pull-up bar has the option to be mounted to a 6.5-inch drop or increase. Change which grips you use to affect the difficulty and isolate the muscle groups you need for pull-ups, muscle-ups, and many more.
NOTE: If you purchased the T-2 Series Power Rack before October 2020 or the T-3 Series Power Rack before September 2022, this Multi-Grip Pull-Up Bar will not be compatible.

“Exactly what I was looking for, my son and myself are both taller and even the taller x series rack was a little too low for good pull ups. Also the ez grip and neutral grip make for better shoulder comfort.”

“I purchased the T2 rack, T2 series drip bars and multiple grip pull up bar. I found the rack to be well made and easy enough to assemble solo. I was attracted to the T2 because of shorter basement ceilings and it fits perfectly. Adding the multiple grip pull up bar gives me just the right height for pull ups. The pull up bar did not come with a wrench tool and uses larger bolts that the rest of the rack, it would be nice to see that included. The dip bars works well and is easy to take on and off. I do think that thicker grip would make the drip bars feel more premium like those typically found in gyms. Overall, I'm very pleased with my purchase.”

“This should be an option to come with the rack. I love all of my Titan Fitness products….EXCEPT (- I have to take the time to bash this thing -) the Air Assault bike. That thing is JUNK. Terrible ticking noise that I just can’t find…crank arms & connector arms feel like they’re going to break… I regret that. But love the bar.”
