The X-3 Series Sandwich J-Hooks by Titan Fitness® are designed with a J-hook style mounting system that allows you to install the hooks to your rack within seconds. Easily clip the mounting system into the uprights by inserting the pin and rotating the hooks down. No hardware required. The two 1.375-inch-wide hooks can hold up to 1,100-pounds and feature 1-inches of UHMW plastic core sandwiched between two thick steel plates with 0.375-inch of UMHW exposed to protect and preserve your bar's finish and knurling. “Trying to save a few dollars where I can. These sandwich J Hooks fit the bill. They fit onto my Rogue rack, but one was tighter than the other. I easily unscrewed the plastic on the tighter one and used an orbital sander to take a tad bit of thickness off the back of the plastic. Fits perfect now. The welds aren't as clean looking as those on my Rogue J Hooks, but they are still beefy and get the job done.”

“I got these to give me as much space as possible to get under the bar for squats . I use a wide grip do to mobility issues with my shoulders and theses give me more space between the up rights to do this.”

“If I move the bar to one side to adjust it, the hooks also move with the bar. Really disappointing.”

“Great price for a well built set of J-cups that fits my ML rack perfectly. Only con to these is the UHWM is a lot harder and less dense than what is typically used which results in a lot of wear and tear on the UHWM. There is lots of material there, so I'm sure these will last quite a while; however, these are showing significantly more wear and tear after just two weeks than the ones that came with my rack are after two years.”
