The X-3 Series Sandwich J-Hooks by Titan Fitness® are designed with a J-hook style mounting system that allows you to install the hooks to your rack within seconds. Easily clip the mounting system into the uprights by inserting the pin and rotating the hooks down. No hardware required. The two 1.375-inch-wide hooks can hold up to 1,100-pounds and feature 1-inches of UHMW plastic core sandwiched between two thick steel plates with 0.375-inch of UMHW exposed to protect and preserve your bar's finish and knurling. “Great. Sort of. Can't post a review with less than 4 stars, they block it... These arrived with the welded part welded on at an off angle, not 90 degrees. So now I am going to have to get a torch to heat them and attempt to sledge hammer it so it is square. They have lost me as a customer.”

“This has really nice packaging and no hiccups with shipping at all. The J-Cups are very beefy and well built. They do fit Monster Lite racks (a very good fit as well).”

“Wow Titan has raised the bar. Very impressed with these sandwich j-cups. Packaging was fantastic (yeah I know. I was shocked myself) If someone told me I MUST find something to complain about I guess I could say that the metal passed the plastic on the underside so if someone went up with the bar and didn’t get it up and over then they likely would have metal to metal contact....but that’s it. Glad I waited to get these.”
