I shopped around for power rack for some time and decided on the X3 Flatfoot and am very pleased with my purchase. The rack is an absolute tank. I was considering a cheaper lighter weight rack but decided I want the extra stability and safety of a better rack. It is way more than I need at my level but I wanted it for saftey more than anything. I opted for the flip down safeties and I am glad I did. I feel very safe to train to failure inside this rack. I can do pullups on it and it doesn't budge. I purchased an extra set of the standard J-hooks. I think I may get another set of the sandwhich J-hooks. The lip on the standard J-hooks seems large and difficult to clear when racking and unracking on bench press movements. They are fine for squats and oveer head presses though. I love this rack and would highly reccomend it.

I spent a couple of weeks in 'analysis paralysis' on what rack would be best for me today - and in the future. This rack checked all of the boxes - affordable, expandable, a multitude of accessories, and I did not need to secure it to the floor. I was hesitant but finally pulled the trigger and could not be happier. Pros - It is an absolute beast. Very heavy duty, it does not move - the powder coat looks great - the welds look clean - the hardware was all there was quality (everything threaded together well). Holes are precise. It does not move. Cons - No markings on the holes. Not instantly ready for resistance bands on the bottom (but also fixable, but intentional too - since this is not a fixed unit). Low attachments like a landmine are limited from being at the floor because of the feet (undecided if this is a big con for me). Bottom line - I am someone who wants the best but also operate on a budget - and I dont think that there is a chance that I would have been any happier with Rep or Rogue. This is my favorite new toy, and I would recommend it to anyone. My new addiction is accessorizing my X3.

Excellent power rack for small spaces. I purchased the 82" version and being 6' tall it doesn't feel cramped for squats, deadlifts, or any other movements. Very sturdy and the black powder-coat finish is well done. Took about an hour to assemble and wasn't too difficult. Plus I purchased it during the New Year's sale for crazy savings with free shipping that you won't see anywhere else of this quality. Can't recommend enough for the home gym owner. I will be a returning custmer for sure. My only negative was I received all the pieces in two separate shipments and and wasn't notified ahead of time. The link I was given for tracking the shipment said it had been delivered but clearly not fully. Thankfully the second part of the order came in less than a week later. It just would have been nice to know of this beforehand.
