Built to perform Bulgarian split squats, this bolt-together lower body specialty machine includes gussets to enhance the structural support and features an adjustable roller pad for added comfort and stability. The instructions were easy to understand. I was able to use it in a workout and it worked well. The only thing I did not like is that it arrived with a few scratches.

This neat little piece of equipment was shipped out and arrived fast. No damage to item during shipping. This product is solidly built and is very quality. This definitely will last a long long time. It has really helped me with Bulgarian split squats

The single leg squat roller is well built and a great addition to our training program. At FSQ Sports Training, the roller allows us to do a multitude of exercises emphasizing a single leg.

The single-leg squat roller is simple and easy to use. The adjustments are quick and allow for a variety of people to use it in succession. The only criticism is that the plastic piece that sits in the bracket that slides on the upright comes out, occasionally. It easily slides back in. It's more of an annoyance than anything.
