Didn't want my feet up on my nice benches, tried a couple other surfaces and didn't like the feel or height. Enter this magic little creation. It's adjustable and rock-solid. It's comfortable on my feet. Great little addition to the home gym.

I bought this just for the convenience of not having to set up a bench or box to do bulgarian spilt squats. However, it turned out it made my squats easier to do. Not sure why, but I am liking it alot. Able to concentrate more on the exercise and less on the balance or comfort.

Quality piece of equipment. Sturdy construction with clean finish. Very functional, stable and easy to adjust. Bulgarian Split Squats are tough but this Single Leg Squat Roller makes it a bit easier.
