“Dropped 175lbs. from the waist on the second floor of an apartment building, near a retaining wall where the joist is strongest. A little bit of shaking (you could hear some glasses 10 ft. away rattle), but we are talking about full *a drop* from the waist. I'm confident if you can set the barbell down carefully, this makes deadlifting in most apartments possible where it otherwise would not be. I'm excited to try 300lbs.+ pulls soon, but I expect it to be quiet. For $180, I'd say there are worth it.”

“The drop pads have been a great addition to our gym. Not only are they durable for dropping weights they also act as a great platform to do core work and other accessories where a soft surface would be needed. Stacking both pads also gives a stable, short step up box.”
