“Relatively easy to assemble but you have to download the instructions using a QR code. Easy to use thanks to the multiple position settings for seat base and back along with the attachments. Very comfortable and easy to use. Great addition to any home gym. Weight bar can fit plenty of plates--I'm using bumper plates.”

“I recently purchased the Seated Leg Curl/Leg Extension Machine from Titan Fitness, and overall I’m happy with it—especially for the price point. Leg Extensions: This machine really shines when it comes to leg extensions. The movement is smooth, the range of motion feels natural, and it’s easy to load up weight and get a solid quad contraction. For extensions alone, it performs exactly as advertised. Leg Curls: Leg curls are where the machine is just okay. The challenge comes from the design of the weight plate loading arm. Since the plates swing like a pendulum, the resistance changes during the curl. At the point of peak hamstring contraction—when the leg is curled the furthest—the weights are lifted high, so I end up fighting gravity in addition to the resistance. It makes it harder to hold a strong contraction and doesn’t feel as consistent as curl machines where the resistance path guided or offset with pulleys or better design. Overall: If your main goal is leg extensions, this is a fantastic machine. For leg curls, it works, but don’t expect the same smooth and balanced feel you’d get from a commercial setup. Great build quality for home gyms, but the curl mechanics could be improved.”

“My husband and I love leg extension/hamstring curl. Pretty easy setting up. My only complaint was that the instructions were not on paper. You had to scan a QR code and read off your phone. I find it easy when you can flip through paper easier.”
