The Leg Extension and Curl Machine provides a full range of motion while performing hamstring curls and leg extensions from the same seated position. Crafted with a rotary leg clamp mechanism which easily allows you to enter the machine, lock your thighs in place, adjust the foot roller starting position, and perform full reps every time no matter the size of the athlete. “Easy to assemble solid, sturdy easy to use. Hits the legs good. I gave it a four because I couldn't give it a four and a half only reason why is not a 5 because in order to keep full tension on muscle in the extension part is to not go all the way down. Leg curl works great. I would recommend it for price, quality, very effective machine and shipping was fast and arrived early”

“This was actually the third leg extension and curl machine I have purchased in the past few months. The first was an attachment to a bench I bought. It was an inexpensive add-on to the bench I wanted and was worth taking a chance. The leg extension function on that one worked okay, but the curl option didn't work at all. So, then I bougnt another stand-alone machine that allowed upright sitting for extensions and lay flat for curls. Here again, the extension function worked pretty well. But the curl function was really awkward, as the weight shifted around at the top end of the curl. It worked, but it was not really a good curl. Frustrated, I decided to roll the dice one more time and ordered this machine, and I am happy to say I couldn't be happier! The extension funciton is the best of the three because of the sitting position. And the curl function works GREAT. It was a little tricky figuring out the best way to switch between them, but I just watched a video and it was much more simple than I was making it. Both functions work great, and my legs are really benefitting. Also, the machine seems very solid, and there has been no play or rattling or anything other than consistent, smooth functioning. Very happy with this purchase, and I will I had selected this in the first place.”

“I’ve been looking for a leg curl and leg extension machine for the past few months and it really narrowed down to the sorinex selectorized machine “which was mch more expensive “ or the titan weight stack. Decided to go with this one and give it a run, so far very happy with it and has lived up to my expectations.”
