The Leg Extension and Curl Machine provides a full range of motion while performing hamstring curls and leg extensions from the same seated position. Crafted with a rotary leg clamp mechanism which easily allows you to enter the machine, lock your thighs in place, adjust the foot roller starting position, and perform full reps every time no matter the size of the athlete. It is not hard to switch from a leg curl to a leg extension workout simply flip the weight post to the opposite starting position. With this, you can strengthen your muscles in a simple and effective manner!
UPDATED VERSION: The Leg Extension and Curl Machine has enhanced HeftyGrip Vinyl upholstery. The weight stopper has switched to a pull pin to move between exercises quickly.

“Shipping was extremely fast - I think I received it in 3-4 days. It took about 30 mins to set up by myself and I do not have a lot of experience setting up equipment. It works very well and takes up surprisingly little space. I recommend this for any home gym.”

“My teenage son asked for a plate-loaded leg extension machine for Christmas. I looked online at the normal sporting goods stores and read the reviews. Time after time the comment was "I should've bought a Titan". and they were right!! Top-level quality and extremely sturdy. It can withstand a large amount of weight and there is no tipping or wobbling. It can also extend AND curl, unlike many. We couldn't be more pleased with this purchase. Highly recommend!”

“The seated leg curl/extension machine is very sturdy and comfortable for myself and personal training clients. The non-slip upholstery works well while in the machine but can prove challenging getting in and out for some less mobile people. The thigh bar only rises 1/3 as far as would be desirable for my people. I may have the cam re-made so the bar can rotate 180 degrees from its current top position. It's too tight for some to get into/out of and I have to remove it completely for some overweight people. Plenty of room for normal weight people. Otherwise a great machine.”
