The Leg Extension and Curl Machine provides a full range of motion while performing hamstring curls and leg extensions from the same seated position. Crafted with a rotary leg clamp mechanism which easily allows you to enter the machine, lock your thighs in place, adjust the foot roller starting position, and perform full reps every time no matter the size of the athlete. It is not hard to switch from a leg curl to a leg extension workout simply flip the weight post to the opposite starting position. With this, you can strengthen your muscles in a simple and effective manner!
UPDATED VERSION: The Leg Extension and Curl Machine has enhanced HeftyGrip Vinyl upholstery. The weight stopper has switched to a pull pin to move between exercises quickly.

“Training at commercial gyms since the beginning of my lifting career I was a bit hesitant to purchase this not knowing if the quality and functionality would match. Only downside i can point out to the machine is the pad that’s used for leg curl support makes it a bit of a tight fit, if that could be made a bit larger it’d definitely would make this a 10/10.”

“Purchased this titan leg curl/ext machine to (hopefully) finish out my home gym. I have had a few knee injuries/surgeries and have found their leg equipment to fit in well with work outs and rehabs alike. The only drawback to this machine and I think it’s less than a “issue” of the design and more of simply the weight/gravity and how resistance occurs, I would add a second adjustable degree wheel on the weight plate axle, so you can raise/lower the degree where weight resistance beginsAlong with the adjustable inner degree wheel. I know this can be done with just the inner wheel, however a second outer wheel might increase the options and area of isolated resistance even more. Other than this, great machine and now a staple of my leg routine.”

“I love it but I do have a couple of wishes. I wish the pad for shins was softer…it’s like a brick. I’m about 250 and it is quite snug getting in and out. Overall, it may be best extension/curl that I have ever used and I have been working out since 1980.”

“Works as it should. Easy assembly. The only negative I can come up with is the shin pad could be a little softer. Just being picky, but would buy again.”

“Machine is solid and does the job. Product packaging was unsatisfactory. Nuts n bolts package was torn and parts loose and tumbling around in box. Thankfully all parts where there. Just not what I've come to expect from Titan products”
