The Leg Extension and Curl Machine provides a full range of motion while performing hamstring curls and leg extensions from the same seated position. Crafted with a rotary leg clamp mechanism which easily allows you to enter the machine, lock your thighs in place, adjust the foot roller starting position, and perform full reps every time no matter the size of the athlete. It is not hard to switch from a leg curl to a leg extension workout simply flip the weight post to the opposite starting position. With this, you can strengthen your muscles in a simple and effective manner!
UPDATED VERSION: The Leg Extension and Curl Machine has enhanced HeftyGrip Vinyl upholstery. The weight stopper has switched to a pull pin to move between exercises quickly.

“My wife wanted this machine to add to our garage gym so we got it. Packaging was great and arrived undamaged. The quality of the seat and roller pads are excellent and feels like it should last a while. You have to realize when buying a plate loaded leg machine that you are not gonna have resistance until halfway through the action and that’s just the reality of this type of machine .. for the price it’s great and will do the job. A selectorizer cable version would cost 2-3 grand but you would have resistance through the whole movement.”

“I have been very happy with this equipment. Very strong, sturdy and smooth. The leg loading is not as linear as it would be with a cable weighted machine as the plates swing through an arc of motion, but for my home gym it works great and is way more affordable than a cable weighted type leg machine. Does the job and I'm happy with it.”

“In my opinion this machine is top quality with smooth motion and made of very good quality materials. It’s well worth the money and really finished out my home gym. The one question I have is that I have been unable to figure out how to set the machine to enable seated leg curls? I am doing the leg curls in a standing position and this works. However, I thought the machine would allow seated leg curls?”
