Because it’s partially assembled, it took a little bit of logic and measuring to figure out which bolt was which. It would be nice if they simply included an actual size chart of the parts.
Using it is excellent. Incline, flat whatever. Very glad I went with it.”
“Ordered the bench months ago and am still missing parts. The box arrived looking like it was catapulted into a canyon. Bench itself was scratched and missing parts. I've received abysmal support. Was told that I should have purchased insurance if I wanted everything I ordered — WHAT? I requested replacements for the 3 missing parts and and full week later they sent me 2 washers. I'm not even kidding. What kind of way of doing business is this? Seriously? To what gain is it to treat your customers like this? No, I'm asking. As it stands: I will never purchase anything from this company again; I will never recommend this company to anyone; I will actively go out of my way for the rest of my life to tell everyone I know in the fitness community about my experience and to avoid this company like the plague. What a waste — all around.”
